On the 11th of December 2018, the Human Security programme had the pleasure of welcoming Steffen Saigusa Nielsen, one of the key managers and designer of ”The Aarhus Model”, and Mette-Louise E. Johansen, Associate Professor at the Department of Anthropology, Aarhus University.

The Aarhus model is a multi-agency intervention program that aims to prevent violent radicalisation and help already radicalised people exit terrorist organisations and violent extremist groups.
